Circular Breathing

What is Breathwork?

 Breathwork is the practice of consciously using the breath to influence your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic states. While breathing is an automatic function of the body, breathwork turns it into a tool for transformation, healing, and regulation. 

What is CirculaR Breathing?

Circular breathing is a conscious breathing technique where the inhale and exhale are connected in an unbroken, rhythmic flow—with no pauses between the in-breath and out-breath. 


It creates a continuous loop of breath, often used in breathwork sessions, sound healing, and certain musical practices.


Circular breathing is designed to open the body to emotional release and help access altered states of consciousness.


 

Additional Styles of Breathwork


Box Breathing (Square Breathing)

Equal-length inhale, hold, exhale, hold (e.g., 4-4-4-4 count). Used to:


Calm the mind and increase focus.

Center before meetings or sleep.

 

Holotropic Breathwork

Fast, deep breathing paired with music to enter expanded states of awareness. Often used for:
