Blissful Brainwaves
Through this foundational course, we focus on holistic well-being with a emphasis on combating insomnia for the tired, restless and highly sensitive. The coursework is designed to address the many faucets affecting quality sleep and mental health.
We developed our dynamic course to encompass an understanding of brainwave activity, nutritional needs, and practices which tackle insomnia at its roots, ensuring a full night of sound sleep. We explore many obstacles and habits which hinder quality rest. And, to create a well-rounded sleep wellness program, we added modules to encourage exploration of authentic creativity and to integrate ancient knowledge with contemporary neuroscience.
Our course allows individuals to join at anytime as we provide ongoing support and updates to adapt to the latest sleep science research. We are committed to providing an educational journey that not only addresses the symptoms of insomnia, but uncovers and treats its underlying causes, thereby offering a sustainable, long-term solution for better sleep and improve quality of life.
